1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Tidal Wash Laundry (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, linen cleaning, dive gear cleaning, and related services in Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. Services are subject to availability and may vary.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon delivery of completed laundry. We accept cash and bank transfer.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Free pickup and delivery is available for orders over 5 kg within our service area in Labuan Bajo. A delivery fee of 20,000 IDR applies for smaller orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Care & Liability

We take reasonable care in handling your garments. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, color bleeding of non-colorfast items, shrinkage of improperly labeled garments, or items left in pockets. Maximum liability per item is limited to 10x the cleaning charge for that item.

6. Unclaimed Items

Items not collected within 30 days of the scheduled pickup date may be donated or disposed of at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before doing so.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your items. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to resolve any issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
