Tidal Wash Laundry – Labuan Bajo

By using the services of Tidal Wash Laundry (“Tidal Wash Laundry”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all customers, including individual clients and business clients (boats, hotels, villas, and other partners).

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Tidal Wash Laundry provides professional laundry services including, but not limited to:

  • Per-kilogram laundry (wash, dry, fold)
  • Linen, towel, and uniform laundry
  • Same-day and next-day services
  • Pickup and delivery services
  • Business contracts for boats, hotels, villas, and dive operators

Service availability may vary depending on workload, weather, logistics, or operational constraints.

2. Service Times & Cut-Offs

  • Same-day service is subject to daily cut-off times and availability.
  • Next-day service is typically delivered within 24 hours but is not guaranteed during peak periods.
  • Pickup and delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.

Delays caused by weather, port access, traffic, boat schedules, power outages, or force majeure events are not grounds for refunds.

3. Pricing & Payment

Individual Customers (B2C)

  • Pricing is based on weight or item type, as communicated at intake.
  • Payment is due upon delivery or completion, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or other local methods.

Business Customers (B2B)

  • Pricing is defined by contract or written agreement.
  • Invoicing is typically monthly, unless otherwise specified.
  • Payment terms are stated on invoices and must be respected.

Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in service suspension.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Empty all pockets before handing over laundry
  • Inform Tidal Wash Laundry of delicate, special-care, or valuable items
  • Separate items that should not be machine washed
  • Provide accurate pickup and delivery information

Tidal Wash Laundry is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed items (e.g. electronics, pens, chemicals).

5. Damage, Loss & Shrinkage Policy

Laundry processing involves inherent risks.

Tidal Wash Laundry is not responsible for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Color bleeding, fading, or shrinkage
  • Damage due to fabric quality, age, or manufacturer defects
  • Items left unclaimed for more than 30 days

Liability Limits

  • Any proven loss or damage caused directly by Tidal Wash Laundry is limited to the cleaning value of the item, not replacement cost.
  • No compensation for sentimental or high-value items unless declared and accepted in writing prior to service.

6. Linen & Boat Contracts

For boats, villas, and other business clients:

  • Linen condition is expected to reflect marine and hospitality usage
  • Heavily damaged, oil-stained, or permanently marked items may be rejected
  • Tidal Wash Laundry is not responsible for prior damage or long-term degradation
  • Inventory discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours ofdelivery

7. Hygiene & Safety

Tidal Wash Laundry follows professional hygiene and handling standards. However, we reserve the right to refuse items that are:

  • Hazardous
  • Excessively contaminated
  • Posing a health risk to staff or equipment

8. Cancellations & Refusals

  • Same-day services cannot be cancelled once processing has started
  • Tidal Wash Laundry reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion
  • Repeated abuse, non-payment, or unreasonable behavior may result in permanent service refusal

9. Complaints & Claims

Any complaints must be made:

  • Within 24 hours of delivery
  • With clear explanation and supporting evidence if applicable

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Tidal Wash Laundry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in question

11. Reviews & Online Conduct

Customers agree that:

  • Reviews must be truthful and based on actual service experience
  • False, defamatory, or malicious reviews may be reported and disputed
  • Tidal Wash Laundry reserves the right to protect its reputation under applicable law

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Indonesian jurisdiction.

13. Updates to Terms

Tidal Wash Laundry reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be published on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
